III. Responsibilities for carriers:

Other conditions

– The company only delivers goods to the right people that customers have registered when buying goods. In the course of delivery, if there is a change of recipient, please inform the company. – In cases of force majeure, due to natural disasters, floods, ferry failures …, we are not responsible for compensating for any damage arising from improper delivery or delivery of goods to the destination. as agreed with the customer.

– In case we have shipped the goods to the place of delivery as agreed upon purchase, but for some reason the customer requests to return the goods, then the customer must bear the shipping costs in accordance with company.
